Follow these simple steps to transition from AnyDay to KOHO.
One week before your migration, you will receive an email or text message from XTM Inc. with details about KOHO and your migration date.
On your migration day, you will receive an email from XTM Inc. with a unique link to start the process. You'll also get an app notification to update your AnyDay app—once updated, tap the KOHO banner on your home screen to begin your transition.
Click "Start your setup". Check your inbox for a verification code from KOHO. Enter the code to confirm your email. Next, review the Terms & Conditions, and accept them to proceed with your account setup.
Enter your full legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued ID. Then, select whether you’re new to KOHO or already have an account with KOHO.
Open a new KOHO account, and once you complete KOHO’s KYC (Know Your Customer) process—a quick identity verification required for security—your AnyDay account will automatically be linked.
If you already have a KOHO account, all you need to do is log in—your AnyDay account will be automatically linked. Your migration is complete! You can now start managing your money, earning cashback, and enjoying all the perks KOHO has to offer.
If you still have funds in your AnyDay wallet, you have options: you can spend your funds in stores or online, withdraw cash from an ATM, or transfer the balance to your KOHO account by adding your KOHO e-Transfer email as a recipient in AnyDay.
