How to Enter: Eligible employees are automatically entered when they successfully set up a direct deposit during the contest period.
Winner Selection: A winner will be randomly selected from each Tier 1 restaurant and announced after the contest period ends.

Eligibility:
- Open to KOHO users who have been referred by XTM and have set up a direct deposit to their KOHO account within the contest period.
- Participants must be Canadian residents and meet all KOHO account eligibility requirements.
- Direct deposit setup must be completed by December 31, 2024.
Contest Period: The contest runs from December 5, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
Prize: One eligible winner will receive a cash prize equivalent to double their monthly salary (including tips), based on the total of their first month of direct deposits received by KOHO in December 2024.
How to Enter: Eligible XTM customers are automatically entered when they successfully set up a direct deposit with KOHO during the contest period.
Winner Selection: One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the contest period ends. The winner will be announced on January 6, 2025.

Yes! Like AnyDay, KOHO offers both a personal app and a prepaid Mastercard. Once you sign up for your KOHO account, you can request to have your prepaid Mastercard delivered straight to your home. To make things even easier, you can use your KOHO instant virtual Mastercard as soon as you set up your account.
If you choose to receive instant payouts via KOHO, their support team will be able to assist you going forward. Please field all inquiries about your KOHO account and any questions about your account or card within their app. For the quickest access to KOHO support, go to the chat support feature in the KOHO app (chat icon on the top right hand corner within the app).
No. Your current card and account will continue to work as usual, and you’ll still receive payouts as normal for now.
On your move date, you’ll receive an alert and be guided through a simple process to transfer your payouts to your new KOHO account. No action is needed yet—just watch for an email with instructions on your move date.
If you don’t receive the email (e.g., if your email is not on file), simply update your app to the latest version. Once updated, a large KOHO banner will appear on your home screen. From there, you’ll be guided through the steps to move your payouts to your new KOHO account.
Yes. If you’re unable to open a KOHO account (if you are under the age of 18), don’t worry — you will have another option to receive payouts from your employer, which is the new Scheduled payouts option. Scheduled payouts are sent directly to a bank account of your choosing that you set up within your AnyDay app (a reminder to please update to the latest version of the AnyDay app on your move date). With Scheduled payouts, your payouts are visible in-app as they accumulate and are sent to your bank account of choice on the 1st and 15th of each month.
If at any point you want to switch from Scheduled payouts to instant payouts with KOHO, you can switch at any time within your AnyDay app (in settings).
Yes, you must be 18 to open a KOHO account. If you are under the age of 18, you will need to sign up for Scheduled payouts via your AnyDay app. Once you turn 18, you can make the switch to KOHO and enjoy the benefits!

Not to worry. On your move date, you will still follow the same in-app move process as someone who is new to KOHO. We’ve worked with KOHO to detect if you have an existing account and we’ll link up your payouts to it.
You can order your physical card directly from your KOHO app. Simply tap “Cards” on the Spend page, scroll down and select “Get a Card” and follow the prompts to get set up.
Once you've opted in for a physical card, it should arrive within 10 days of account verification.* If you don't get your card in the mail by then, reach out to us through our in-app chat and let us know 📲.
Your payouts are automatically accumulated and visible in your AnyDay app. You will easily see records of each payout made by your employer, when your current pay cycle started, when it ends and when a payment will be issued (either on the 1st or 15th of each month).
On the 1st and the 15th of each month, you can expect to receive your accumulated payouts directly to your chosen bank account that you’ve set up within your AnyDay app.
No, your account details are encrypted for security and saved in your AnyDay app. You will only have to enter your banking details once.
Yes.This is the new and improved AnyDay Payments program and is the go-forward offering across Canada. This is not available in the U.S.
