What are queued loads?

Queued loads make it easy for payout managers to send money to staff, whether it’s to:

  • An existing physical card
  • A new Virtual Card
  • A Scheduled Payout

  • These payouts are near-instant, while being logged with full accuracy and visibility in your ledger. All of this happens seamlessly in the background, so you can manage payouts the same way you always have.

    Track each payout with ease

Each payout amount now shows a colour that tells you exactly where it stands:

    • Blue means the payout is queued for processing, which usually takes just a few seconds.
    • Black means the payout has been successfully processed.
    • On the rare case that the payment could not be received by the recipient, you will see a refund in Red. There will be a new line item showing the return of funds.

    How it changes your reporting

With Queued loads, you'll notice some new filtering options when reviewing your transaction history. You can now filter by:

    • Card – Payouts made to the existing legacy physical cards
    • Payments – Payouts made to the new virtual cards or scheduled payouts to bank.

If you need every transaction exported in a .csv file, select ‘All transactions.’

    Finding older bulk payouts

You'll notice that your bulk load history only starts from the day queued loads went live (when your migration to Virtual Card launches).

Older bulk payouts aren't shown in this view, but you can still export and see them individually from the Transaction History tab.
