Thanks for stopping by our Help Page. We’re currently experiencing some unexpected system issues and appreciate your understanding as we work to fix them as quickly as possible.

To make things easier for you, we’ve set up this page as your go-to spot for all the top troubleshooting issues and updates. We’ll be sharing progress reports and fixes here as they happen—check back as often as you’d like (we recommend hourly) to stay in the loop.

Important: Please make sure your app is updated to the latest version 1.50.10 for the best experience and access to recent fixes.

Issue #1:
“We couldn’t create your virtual card”

  • Update:
    • [Monday, July 25th at 6:00pm ET]
      Most members can now create their virtual card. Please update your app to the latest version before trying again.
  • Member Next Steps:
    If you have experienced this issue, please do the following:
    1. Go to your app store.
    2. Search “AnyDay Financial” and update the app to the latest version.
    3. Login to your app and follow the instructions on your home screen to complete your virtual card activation.
Important: You may be asked to resubmit certain pieces of information in order to activate your virtual card.

Issue #2:
“Your account is under review”

  • Update:
    • [Monday, July 28th at 2:00pm ET]
      We're currently reviewing your account. We will complete the review within 24 business hours. No action is needed from you at this time.
  • Member Next Steps:
    No action is required from you at this time. Thank you for your patience.

Issue #3:
You have received a KOHO email and migrated to KOHO in error.

  • Update:
    We’re sorry for any confusion caused by the recent request to some members to activate a KOHO account. This message was sent in error due to a system glitch, and AnyDay is no longer continuing its affiliation with KOHO.

    We’ve already expedited your migration back to AnyDay on our end, however there are still a couple of steps for you to take. Please see below.

  • Member Next Steps:
    If you have experienced this issue, please do the following:
    1. Go to your app store
    2. Search “AnyDay Financial” and update the app to the latest version.
    3. Login to your app and follow the instructions on your home screen to complete your virtual card activation.

Issue #4:
How do I access my balance on my old card account?

  • Update:
    You can access your balance from your old card account by going to the member web portal, which can be accessed here. Use the same login credentials as your app. You can choose to either e-Transfer the balance from your old card to an external account or you can spend your balance down with your old physical AnyDay card as usual. Soon, we will launch the ability to transfer your balance to your new card directly within your app. We will let you know by text or email as soon as it's ready.

Issue #5:
Adding AnyDay Virtual Card to Apple/Google/Samsung Wallets

  • Update:
Note: Additional verification may be required if the information on the device (name, address, or phone number) does not match what’s in our system.

Issue #6:
Incorrect Address Entry

  • Update:
    • [Thursday, July 31st at 3:00pm ET]
      We’ve noticed that some members are experiencing issues due to incorrect address entry during setup.

      Members must ensure their address is entered correctly to avoid setup issues, , especially with regards to an apartment/condo/suite/unit number. Please follow these guidelines:
  • Unit number: Enter it in the Property Number field.
  • Building Name: Leave this field blank.
  • Street address: Enter the address number and street name in the Address field.

Issue #7:
“Review is Still in Progress” Screen Sticking

  • Update:
    • [Friday, August 1st at 12:30pm ET]
      Some members may see the “Review is still in progress” screen even though their account is active. If this happens, swipe left on the screen to dismiss it and continue using the app.

      We’re deploying a new version of the app to fix this issue and will post an update once it’s available in the app stores.

      This update will also include:
      • Update the 2FA code field in the physical card activation flow
      • Improved messaging for Balance Transfer attempts
