Thanks for stopping by our Help Page. In case you have trouble activating your virtual card, this page is your go-to spot for all the top troubleshooting issues and updates. We’ll be sharing progress reports and fixes here as they happen—check back as often as you’d like to stay in the loop.

Important: Please make sure your app is updated to the latest version for the best experience and access to recent fixes:
- For iOS: version 1.50.45
- For Android: version 1.50.45

If you experience—

1. “We couldn’t create your virtual card"

  • Member Next Steps:
    If you have experienced this issue, please do the following:
    1. Go to your app store.
    2. Search “AnyDay Financial” and update the app to the latest version.
    3. Login to your app and follow the instructions on your home screen to complete your virtual card activation.
Important: You may be asked to resubmit certain pieces of information in order to activate your virtual card.

2. “Your account is under review”

  • We're currently reviewing your account with our verification team. We will complete the review within 24 business hours.
  • Member Next Steps:
    No action is required from you at this time. We will reach out to you directly to confirm your information. Thank you for your patience.

3. Incorrect Address Entry

  • In previous launches, some members experienced issues due to incorrect address entry during setup.

    Members must ensure their address is entered correctly to avoid setup issues, especially with regards to an apartment/condo/suite/unit number. Please follow these guidelines:
    • Unit number: Ensure the unit number is inputed in field 3 as indicated above.
    • Street address: Enter the address number and street name in the Address field. E.g. 25 Spring Street.

Common Questions—

1. How do I access and transfer my balance on my old card account?

  • Balance transfer feature available. You can now access and transfer any remaining funds from your old card to your new virtual card, free of charge from either your mobile app or web portal. The member web portal can be accesses here. Use the same login credentials as your app.


2. How do I add my AnyDay Virtual Card to Apple/Google/Samsung Wallets?
