Learn about key steps to prepare for the Virtual Card launch.

3 weeks before launch

You, your platform administrators, and payout managers will receive an email and an in-portal message with your official launch date with instructions.

Getting launch ready

In the lead-up to your Virtual card launch, please take a moment to update your portal. Remove inactive staff members to streamline the transition and ensure that your portal reflects only active, up-to-date team members.

Launch day

On launch day, you will notice a ‘Migrating’ status next to each staff member’s name in your portal. This new status will help you track who’s completed their new payout setup.An employee can only be paid once they're in a ‘Ready’ status, so encourage them to complete their setup promptly.

Post launch

Continue monitoring each member’s status. Anyone who isn’t ‘Ready’ will remain ineligible for payments. We’ll send frequent reminders to employees who haven’t finished their setup.
