Where can I use this card?

You can use your card for free, anywhere Visa and Mastercard are accepted worldwide! In-store, online, and even as a payment method for your favourite apps such as Uber, Lyft, or Skip the Dishes. *Refer to the logo on your card to determine which network your card is on.

How will I receive my earnings?

Your tips will be directly deposited to your AnyDay™ mobile wallet for free, on a schedule decided by your manager. You will receive a text message as soon as funds have been directly deposited into your mobile wallet!

Are there any added features with this card?

Yes, we have a few optional features, including e-Transfer and Wallet to Wallet transder which is a feature that enables you to send money to another AnyDay Wallet for free. This feature is often used in businesses that do tip pooling among employees. You can also have other wages, such as your pay cheque, directly deposited into your mobile wallet account. From the online member portal, simply print a AnyDay Wallet account "void cheque" and direct deposit form, that you can deliver to your employer. This bank routing number is linked to your wallet, facilitating direct deposits through the US and Canadian banking systems.

Can I take cash from an ATM?

Yes. We've established partners in the Canada and the United States to give you access to a Surcharge Free ATM network. You can withdraw cash for free from any of the network ATMs but make sure you select "credit" when asked what type of card.

Note: You may be charged a $2.50 out-of-network fee to withdraws funds at other ATMs, plus any fees from the ATM provider.

How do I activate my card?

Here are the steps to activate your card:

1. Your manager will invite you to download the app via SMS (text) or email.

2. Log in using your mobile number or email.

3. Create your own permanent password. If your phone supports the feature, you can set up fingerprint or face recognition to login.

4. Activate your AnyDay card by scanning the QR code or entering the 13-digit proxy number found on the back of your card.

Your AnyDay Card is now active and linked to your mobile account. You’ll start receiving deposits as soon as your employer is ready.

Now that my tips or earnings aren’t cash, can they be tracked by the government?

The AnyDay wallet is not registered to your SIN, nor does it report anything to the government. It remains anonymous. The responsibility remains with the employee to report earnings.

What happens if I lose the card?

If you lose your card, you have the ability to lock it in the app. Your funds will remain safe until you retrieve a new AnyDay card from your manager. Your funds will be immediately transferred over to the new card once activated.

What is Wallet to Wallet Transfer

This free feature allows you to move funds from your AnyDay wallet to another AnyDay wallet by entering the recipient's mobile number or email. Please note that the recipient must have an active AnyDay card.

Where can I find my PIN and how can I use the tap feature?

Your PIN is available in the app once your card is activated.

To find it, here are the steps:

1. Tap the ‘Card’ button from the menu. This is a section where you can view your PIN, lock or unlock your card or activate a new card.

2. Look for ‘Card details.

3. Once selected, you will be able to view your PIN and proxy number.

You can not change your PIN, however, you can refer to it in the app any time. If your PIN is compromised, please suspend your card in the app and contact customer service.

Your AnyDay card is tab enabled to allow for contactless purchases. To activate the feature you need to insert your card and your PIN at a POS at least once.
